Key Responsibilities
Develops and implements business-focused Talent Acquisition strategies in collaboration with leadership
Sources and recommends candidates for specialized and executive-level positions
Monitors staffing outcomes and analyzes critical staffing needs to engage leadership in resolution strategies
Required Qualifications
BA / BS degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Master's degree preferred
Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government for access to export-controlled commodities and technology
