Maintenance Assistant

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? Join our team as a Maintenance Assistant , where you’ll help ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

What You’ll Do :

Assist with general maintenance and repair of the building, equipment, and grounds.

Support preventive maintenance programs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.

Help maintain facility cleanliness and curb appeal, including minor landscaping and snow removal as needed.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests to support resident comfort and safety.

Work closely with the Maintenance Director to complete projects on schedule.

What We’re Looking For :

Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred (healthcare or senior living experience a plus).

Basic knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, mechanical).

Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks.

Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Dependable and flexible with the ability to prioritize tasks.
