Procurement Coordinator
Robert Half is partnering with a dynamic and growing organization to find an experienced Procurement Coordinator. The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, supplies, or services needed by an organization. This role ensures the organization operates efficiently while staying within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of purchased goods / services.
- Maintain and analyze procurement documentation to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to assess procurement needs.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
Qualifications
