Title : Project Manager
Compensation : $41.00 - $51.00 per hour
Assignment Length : 3 months
Location : Minneapolis, MN | onsite 2 days + 3 days remote per week
About the Role
As a Project Manager focused on retail marketing activations, you will lead the end-to-end execution of multi-channel, seasonal in-store marketing programs. You’ll drive cross-functional collaboration across creative, production, and vendor teams to deliver high-impact retail experiences. This role requires strong project management expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of in-store marketing campaigns, including signage, fixtures, displays, and merchandising assets across various store formats.
- Manage digital extensions of in-store programs, ensuring cohesive brand experiences across channels.
- Partner with creative, production, merchandising, store operations, and visual teams to align on deliverables and timelines.
- Collaborate with external vendors and print partners to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of materials.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation outlining deliverables, specifications, and quantities.
- Facilitate review and approval processes across creative, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain alignment across multiple concurrent projects.
- Track milestones, manage timelines, and communicate progress and variances to leadership.
- Ensure all marketing outputs meet business objectives, quality standards, and launch requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on retail marketing, visual merchandising, or print production.Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment.Experience working with external vendors on production, kitting, and distribution.Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and Miro.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications
