Position Overview
Hive Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of innovative products that serve the government procurement and acquisition community. This role will balance the immediate needs of our federal clients with Hive Group’s long-term technical and business goals, ensuring that the solutions we build today can scale across agencies and lead to lasting impact.
As one of our first senior product hires, you will also play a key role in establishing product management practices, building processes from scratch, and mentoring technical teams that are newer to formal product environments. You will work closely with company leadership, cross-functional teams, and government stakeholders to help define the future of Hive Group’s product offerings.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated compensation range for this position is between $180,000 and $200,000 annually, based on benchmarks in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. This range reflects a good faith estimate for all experience levels. At Hive Group, salary decisions are influenced by several factors, including but not limited to the role, location, and the combination of education, training, skills, certifications, competencies, and relevant work experience.
