Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team near Balaton, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic services, developing personalized treatment plans, and promoting independence and functional improvement for clients of all ages. This role requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals, clients, and their families to ensure prehensive and effective therapy outes.

Responsibilities :

  • Assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide hands-on occupational therapy services to clients with a variety of conditions.
  • Educate clients and their families on exercises and activities to improve daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and prehensive records for each client.

Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Valid Minnesota Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
  • Experience in providing occupational therapy services, particularly in a clinical or educational setting.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
