Medical Benefits Liaison

A company is looking for a Medical Benefits Liaison.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day activities for multiple medical benefit copay programs

Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders and handle escalations and overrides

Provide customer service and advocacy for stakeholders regarding medical claims

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or a High School diploma with 4-6 years of experience in medical benefit reimbursement or healthcare billing

Strong understanding of medical claims processing and rejection troubleshooting

Empathy and a patient-centric mentality

Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially MS Excel

Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands effectively
