We are seeking an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.

Responsibilities :

Administer nursing care within scope of practice under the direction of RNs, physicians, or other licensed healthcare providers (e.g., oxygen administration, sterile dressing, catheter insertion, wound care, enemas, dialysis treatments, medication administration, and patient instruction)

Observe, document, and report patient conditions, including medication reactions, treatment responses, and behavior changes

Maintain accurate patient records and medication accountability, including charts, medication counts, and inventory

Assist patients with daily living activities such as grooming, hygiene, bathing, repositioning, and recreational activities

Respond to patient alarms and emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as needed

Support lower-level direct care staff by providing guidance, orientation, and training

Attend and participate in staff meetings, conferences, and in-service training programs

Order and maintain medication and medical supplies, and ensure cleanliness of medication areas

Perform basic clerical tasks, such as answering phones, filing, and coordinating medical appointments

Qualifications :

Current LPN / LVN license in the State of Ohio

CPR / BLS certification required

Previous nursing experience preferred

Knowledge of general nursing procedures and patient care techniques

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment
