Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily activities of the Client Services teams, providing guidance and leadership
Champion exceptional service standards through training and coaching
Act as an escalation point for major incidents and ensure prompt resolution and communication
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a Contact Centre environment
Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
Experience managing a diverse, high-performing team in a global remote work environment
Previous experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms is a plus
Passion for mentoring and developing team members
