Job Description
Professional sales position supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. Responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and expansion. Partners with GM to manage Team Members. Requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, sourcing from various channels including special orders, FDO, and second sources. Must direct drivers for timely, accurate delivery. Full-time position.

Essential Job Skills
Prior Experience
Minimum 3 years in automotive parts preferred. Proven sales and team leadership experience.
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Certificates
ASE Certification preferred but not required.
Physical Demands
Primarily walking or standing, ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally, with vision requirements.
Work Environment
Mostly inside; occasionally outside in various weather conditions, exposure to moving parts, chemicals, and noise.
Position eligible for sales commission based on performance.
Compensation Range
$19.95 - $21.95 per hour.
