Insurance Services Representative

A company is looking for a REMOTE - Insurance Services Representative I.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and resolve outstanding insurance receivables, including unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims

Communicate effectively while handling a high volume of claims accurately and efficiently

Perform duties in alignment with the organization's mission, values, and service standards

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Prior experience with EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory

Experience in Revenue Cycle Healthcare billing or insurance

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Computer and keyboarding skills
