Job Summary

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at our Cullman, AL center, you will be at the forefront of patient care, diagnosing and treating a variety of acute and chronic conditions. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of care.

Our full-time team members enjoy a rotating schedule of 36-40 hours per week, featuring 12-hour shifts on weekdays and every other weekend. For those seeking flexibility, our PRN (per diem) positions are scheduled as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will include, but is not limited to :

• Delivering exemplary customer service to patients, visitors, and coworkers.
• Providing friendly, convenient care to all who seek our services.
• Leading and assisting during emergencies while maintaining a comforting presence.
• Performing medical assessments, treatments, and follow-ups for various conditions.
• Conducting medical procedures such as laceration repairs, injections, and more.
• Establishing and monitoring appropriate levels of care for patients.
• Collaborating with Center Leadership to ensure compliance with medical policies.
• Participating in the development and implementation of educational programs.
• Providing guidance to other medical staff to ensure quality services.
