• Type : Permanent, Full-Time
• Location : Groveton, NH rural community hospital
• Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (40 hours / week)
• Start Date : ASAP
• Call : Day call rotation, phone-based, once every 20 weeks

• Provide comprehensive primary care : exams, diagnostics, treatment plans
• Manage chronic conditions and acute care follow-ups
• Deliver preventive services : screenings, immunizations, wellness checks
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle, and long-term health goals
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate documentation aligned with clinic policies
