Compassionate Cna / Personal Caregiver Needed
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable CNA / Personal Caregiver to provide dedicated, one-on-one care to a single client during night hours. This position focuses on ensuring the client's safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the night, rather than performing tasks across a unit or multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance as needed, including hygiene, toileting, dressing, and mobility support.
- Monitor the client throughout the night, ensuring safety and responding promptly to needs or emergencies.
- Document care provided, observations, and any incidents accurately and promptly.
- Maintain a calm, patient, and professional demeanor, focusing on the client's comfort and needs.
- Follow all agency policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
