Staff Product Designer

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer, Pentest as a Service.

Key Responsibilities

Design product experiences in collaboration with product managers and engineers

Own the design process from user research to implementation, including wireframes and prototypes

Present design work and rationale at weekly critiques and maintain organized Figma files for collaboration

Required Qualifications

8+ years of UX and product design experience, preferably in AI, security, or B2B software

Experience leading design projects involving AI technologies

Proficient in conducting user interviews and usability tests

Strong understanding of UX interaction problems and design systems

History of collaboration with product management and development teams
