About the role

You will be responsible for owning our applied research efforts on agent abstractions, model orchestration, post-training techniques (fine-tuning, RL etc.), prompt optimization, etc.

You'll work closely with the agent design and world modeling teams to iterate and improve on our multi-agent architectures.

Experienced : 5+ years of performing ML related research work; open to exceptional candidates with fewer years and evidence of exceptional ability

Low-ego : The nature of applied ML research has changed, we want people who can accept that many things they might have done and excelled at previously may not be relevant anymore

First principles reasoner : Able to break complex concepts down to their fundamental elements and then build from there

In accordance with New York State regulations, the salary range for this position is $100,000–$300,000. This range represents our broad compensation philosophy and covers various responsibility and experience levels. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. We are committed to meritocratic and competitive compensation.
