Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,307 per week

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Labor and Delivery Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Must have : 2 years of L&D experience, preferably 1 or more travel contracts completed Advanced skills needed : NRP, ACLS, BLS, AWHONN intermediate fetal monitoring Procedures performed on unit : cervical exams, IUPC and FSE placement, vaginal deliveries, IV starts with lab draws, circulating cesarean sections, recovering cesarean sections (usually with spinal anesthesia but general anesthesia occasionally), Certifications Required : AWHONN intermediate fetal heart monitoring, NRP, ACLS, BLS Unit Specifics :

• Number of Beds : 9 labor rooms, 6 triage rooms, 3 AP rooms, 3 ORs
• Patient Ratios : 1 : 1-2 laboring, 1 : 2-3 AP, 1 : 1 c / s and PACU
• Unit staffing description- OB tech always in staffing for scrubbing c / s and assisting with vaginal deliveries, 1 dedicated charge nurse to assist with triage and transport (baby nurse), 1 unit secretary 0700-2300
• Type of equipment :
• Documentation system : Meditech and Centricity
• Scheduling requirements : 3 shifts / week, if working during the winter holidays must work 1-2 days or eves
• Floating policy : possible to float to Mother Baby but not frequently.
