Scrum Master – Software Delivery
Location : Oklahoma City

Reports to : Director of Architecture & International IT Operations
We are seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams working at the intersection of software delivery and enterprise architecture strategy
As part of the Enterprise Architecture division , you will coach Agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure delivery backlogs reflect both business priorities and architectural standards for scalability, security, and interoperability
What You'll Do
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies : daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support Product Owners with backlog refinement , balancing features, enablers, and compliance.
- Reinforce enterprise architectural priorities in delivery (scalability, observability, integration, security).
- Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver high-value increments consistently.
- Partner with other Scrum Masters, release managers, and architects to coordinate dependencies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability
