A company is looking for a Cloud Support Engineer I (Support Response) for a weekend shift.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries, ensuring empathetic customer interactions
Troubleshoot surface-level OS, hardware, and Lambda Stack issues while providing suitable technical solutions
Triage, route, and escalate support tickets efficiently while maintaining clear communication with customers
Required Qualifications
Working knowledge of Linux, preferably Ubuntu
Familiarity with GPU hardware or workloads, or a willingness to learn
Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions
Commitment to accuracy in triage, escalation, and documentation
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and customer advocacy
