Requirements :

The Maintenance Support Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Support Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :

• Detailed cleaning of equipment and building
• Maintaining outside grounds including pressure washing and shoveling of sidewalks
• Filtering and maintenance of oil fryers
• This position is labor intensive, requiring lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases / equipment weighing from 20-45 pounds repeatedly, as well as bending, reaching, climbing and squatting while moving products and / or equipment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
• Ability to tolerate work in an outdoor environment (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum of 38 hours per week
• Ability to read, write and speak English
