Please note : Our theatres are open 365 days a year, and holidays are often our busiest times. While we value family time, flexibility in scheduling is important.

The Shift Lead plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the theatre during their scheduled shifts. Reporting directly to the General Manager and working under their supervision, the Shift Lead will provide leadership and support to frontline employees, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to all company policies and procedures. In the absence of management, the Shift Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and resolving any issues that may arise.

Hours : This is a part-time position requiring regular opening and / or closing availability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide guidance and direction to frontline team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Assist in training new employees and reinforce company standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, ensuring smooth information flow.
• Lead and take charge of the theatre operations in the absence of the General Manager or other designated managers.
