A highly respected and well-known plaintiff personal injury law firm in Emeryville is looking to add a Litigation Paralegal to their collaborative, cloes-knit team.

Responsibilities :

• Manage discovery requests and responses
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness prep, and filings
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Support attorneys with case organization and file management
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed
• 2+ years of paralegal experience in plaintiff-side litigation (any practice area considered)
• Strong knowledge of discovery and trial preparation processes
• Excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
