We are looking for a talented person to join an amazing team at our Premier property, Trappeur's Crossing!
Salary Range : $60,000 to $80,000 Annually
Summary : The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in overseeing the full scope of operations for Simply Steamboat, including management of multiple Homeowners Associations and the vacation rental program. The AGM serves as one of the primary points of contact for HOA Boards and owners, coordinates capital and maintenance projects, supervises department heads, and ensures company and client service standards are upheld. This position bridges operational leadership, financial management, and community association governance. The AGM acts as the General Manager’s designee when assigned, ensuring consistency with governing documents, budgets, policies, and Resort Group standards.

Qualifications
Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HOA management, property management, or hospitality operations.
Supervisory experience required.
Licenses and Certifications :
CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) preferred, or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
Valid Colorado Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
Computer Skills :
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with HOA software such as VMS or equivalent preferred.
