We are excited to open our new Green Lemon St Pete location, projected for late summer / early fall 2025!

Candidates selected for this position will need to train in our South Tampa location first.

Our ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGERS are leaders within our organization that provides direct support to the General Manager & fellow unit leaders in the effort to maintain efficient restaurant operations and provide our guests with a premium experience. Assistant General Managers will participate in direct oversight of all restaurant functions and maintain a primary role in developing a strong hospitality organization. All of our leaders are expected to lead by example, promote a strong positive culture and demonstrate an eagerness to grow and develop with our company.

THE BASICS

  • Leading by example and being a role model for the standards and behaviors consistent with our core values and culture.
  • Proactively attracting, identifying, and hiring team members that embody our values and have the ability to grow and create great experiences for our guests.
  • Successfully and consistently communicating policies, priorities, best practices and operational changes
  • Help deliver store sales and financial objectives by removing any barriers to success.
  • Scheduling daily labor requirements that meet the needs of the business and provide great guest service experiences
  • Ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards are met and adhered to consistently.
  • Maintaining high food quality standards by leading strong BOH and FOH execution.
  • Addressing performance issues quickly and respectfully by coaching, counseling, and managing any conflicts.
  • Contributing ideas, thoughts, and solutions that result in increased productivity, higher retention, and improved operations.
  • Assist in the training, leadership and development of all location team members
  • Perform daily administrative duties promptly and correctly.
  • Support our Catering Program needs and participate in community initiatives

PRE-REQs

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Legally permitted to work in the United States (we participate in E-Verify)
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and works with a sense of urgency
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Can work in both hot and cool environments
  • Self-accountable in upholding high standards
  • Ability to delegate, follow up, and properly hold team members accountable
  • Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 8 hours daily, or as needed
  • Able to roll with the punches, effectively prioritize + problem solve
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Must go through certification in all FOH positions
  • Must pass food Safety Certification and Final Shift Leader Validation and Assessments
