Technical Manufacturing Manager

Summary :

• We seek a dynamic Technical Manufacturing Manager to lead production in our state-of-the-art supplemental botanical tea production facility.
• This role merges traditional operations and maintenance management with Industry 4.0 methodologies, leveraging robotics, automation, and data-driven decision-making to optimize efficiency and quality.
• The ideal candidate will oversee production staff, manage technical systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a digitally connected environment.
• Essential Functions Supervision of Staff Lead and mentor production, maintenance, and automation teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage scheduling, performance management, and training to ensure staff is proficient in digital tools and smart manufacturing processes.
• Foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and accountability while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals, including quality assurance, R&D, and supply chain.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and gaps to meet or exceed industry best practices.

• Supervisory / Budget Requirements Manage departmental budgets, including labor, maintenance, and capital expenditures, to optimize cost efficiency.
• Operationalize automation systems, robotics, AGVs, and other smart manufacturing technologies.
• Develop and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, GMP, OSHA, etc.) and corporate sustainability initiatives.
