Compensation Range : $85-100k bonus

Job Description :

Lead the strategic and functional implementation of Microsoft D365 for a retail-focused organization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Gather and analyze business requirements for upcoming D365 implementation

Manage Microsoft upgrades and ensure optimal system functionality

Serve as SME for D365 Finance & Operations, Commerce, and advanced warehousing

Bridge communication and functionality between external MSP and internal teams

Partner with the POS Manager to enhance system capabilities

Oversee future D365 Admin and potentially contractors after onboarding

Requirements : Must-Haves :

3 years of experience with D365, ideally as a techno-functional lead

Strong understanding of D365 Finance & Operations and Commerce (POS)

Advanced warehousing and supply chain (DOM) experience

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience with D365 CRM

Familiarity with store commerce modules

Retail industry experience
