Key Responsibilities :
Manage all phases of federal construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations
Ensure compliance with federal contracts, safety, and quality standards
Lead progress meetings with owners, design teams, and government representatives
Foster a positive team environment and mentor project staff
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience managing federal or government construction projects
Strong knowledge of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or similar federal contract requirements
Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and teams effectively
Willingness to travel and work on-site nationwide and internationally as needed
