The Work Injury Coordinator will be part of our corporate HR team and collaborate with our Work Injury and Leave Specialist to manage Workers' Compensation claims and implement a safety program for our communities.

Hybrid remote schedule : Work from Home Mondays and Fridays, and work in our beautiful office to collaborate with the team Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays!
What does a Work Injury Coordinator at Sagora do?
Maintain communication with management and associates in relation to work compReview work comp reports and coordinate with communities to gather additional information as neededReview and approve bona fide offer lettersIdentify preventable injuries and investigate possible solutions with communitiesAdminister and monitor Safety programs and Safety CommitteeServe as the in house expert on safety requirements for each stateLocate clinics for community occupational health needsSet up / charge drug test invoices to all communitiesDistribute updates of forms, processes, changes, and trainingReview work comp documents, policies, and procedures to ensure complianceAssist with additional reporting as neededPotential to help with other HR related needs within the departmentWhat do you need to be a Work Injury Coordinator?
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredPrevious experience with Work Comp administration and / or Safety / Risk Management or Human Resources administrative dutiesVery strong experience with business computer applications to include Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a familiarity with automated HR systemsMust be a team player and be adaptable and flexible to help team accomplish goalsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsOrganization, time management, critical thinking, problem solving / resolution, and decision making skillsSagora does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies or fee based recruitment services.
