Overview

UX / UI Designer - Onsite for VIVA USA INC in Irvine, CA. Design products with the end-user in mind and collaborate with Design teams, Product Strategy, Engineering and Marketing to create useful designs.

Responsibilities

Research brands, culture, products and marketing. Conduct interviews, surveys and evaluations including field tests to unlock potential opportunities and ensure they meet the user\'s needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan research initiatives, define research goals, and define workstream plans and timelines.
Deploy appropriate research methods, collect data and perform interviews, synthesize data, and tell compelling stories to influence product decisions.
Apply UX / UI principles, user journey mapping, usability testing, profiling / archetype generation / psychology, discovery research, and data visualization as part of the design process.

Qualifications / Skills

Top 3-5 desirable attributes / qualifications : Curious mind, ability to ask follow-up questions, data-friendly, product experience.

Mandatory skills : UX principles, UI principles, user journey mapping, usability testing, profiling / archetype generation / psychology, discovery research, data visualization, collecting data, performing interviews, research methods, synthesizing data, storytelling, packaging inputs.
