• Lead maintenance tasks according to best practices.
• Engage in setup and operation of machining processes, including welding contributions.
• Contribute to organized workspaces through adherence to 5S standards.
• Champion continuous improvements (CI) and applaud the resulting cost benefits.
• Chronicle repair activities within the CMMS system.
• Troubleshoot system controls, navigating both physical hardware and software.
• Use predictive maintenance methods to gather critical operational data.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a nurtured environment for growth.
