- Role Designation : Application Systems Analyst - Level II
- IT Security Designation : ADP / IT- II
- Investigation Required : Tier 3 (T3)
- IA Technical / Management Designation : IAT II (required) and Computing Environment (CE) if privileged access is required for lab, test or production environments.
- Commercial (Baseline) Certificates : Cyber Workforce Qualification and Management Program (CWP), DoDD 8140.03 (formerly the DoD 8570.01-Manual Information Assurance Technical (IAT) and / or Information Assurance Management (IAM) level(s)), which directs all DoD personnel assigned to positions requiring the performance of cyberspace work as identified in DoDI 8140.02, in accordance with the DoD Cyberspace Workforce Framework (DCWF) , prior to being in-processed for performance on the contract, must have the proper certificate(s) to satisfy each requirement as directed in the following link :
- Experience in this Discipline : Four (4) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
- Minimum Education : Bachelors' degree and / or
- Functional Responsibility : The Application Systems Analyst - Level II may oversee the implementation of required hardware and software components for approved applications, coordinate tests of the application system to provide proper performance, or develop diagrams and flow charts for computer programmers to follow. The Application Systems Analyst - Level II reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems, including encoding, debugging, and installing to support an organization's application systems. The Application Systems Analyst - Level II develops application specifications, identifies the required inputs, and formats the output to meet users' needs.
