Who You Are :

You are a driven accountant with 1 - 3 years of staff accounting experience, looking for a stepping-stone position to grow your career and learn multiple facets of business accounting

A day in the life of this role :

Reporting directly to the Controller, you will be a core contributor in all aspects of accounting and finance, in particular monthly close, audits, budget, and consolidation of financial statements. You'll also play a role in various high-impact projects.

Summary of duties :

  • Key member of the month-end close team and Consolidation.
  • GL Management, account reconciliation, revenue recognition.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis partner with the CFO
  • Ad hoc financial analyses and other projects as assigned.

Qualifications : Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Accounting Concentration.
  • 1 - 3 years of staff accounting experience.
  • High Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Attention to detail and organization.
  • Exposure to Consolidation, a plus.
  • Experience with a mid-size manufacturing company, a plus.
  • Exposure to an ERP system for a manufacturing company is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail; good problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational skills, ability to innovate, and automate financial reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team.
