We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Windsor, Colorado, on a contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to key HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in human resources and a collaborative approach to supporting our workforce.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a seamless and positive experience.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, troubleshooting, and communication with employees.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives that align with company goals and enhance employee engagement.
- Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with various HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee files and processing documentation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Solid understanding of employee relations, HR administration, and onboarding processes.
- Knowledge of benefits programs and the ability to manage related tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using HRIS platforms for data management and reporting.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
