ABOUT THIS ROLE

BerlinRosen is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team. You will lead daily client relations, plan and execute day-to-day project deliverables, support and lead client teams and conceptualize strategies, pitches and media placements. This person will work closely with client leads and internal staff, delegating to peers and junior staff and develop and advance strategy with senior leaders. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in honing their communications skills in support of Fortune 500 companies, large global organizations with expansive portfolios across every real estate asset class, and who can work directly with senior executives at these firms to plan and implement holistic communications strategies. As part of the Real Estate vertical, you will be encouraged to take the lead on client initiatives and work, and help further grow the practice area.

In addition to media relations, this role will also support the agency’s growing influencer and content creator work, helping shape and execute campaigns that amplify brand visibility, support property and destination launches, and align with clients’ design, culture, and lifestyle goals. You'll help identify and manage influencers, coordinate brand-aligned collaborations from end to end, and support influencer events from strategy to execution to post-event reporting.

Role location : This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis. The Cities team is in-office 3 days per week.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

As a Senior Account Executive on the Cities & Real Estate team you will…

• Develop and implement strategy and campaign planning for multiple high-profile client accounts, for both earned media and influencer strategy
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients
• Engage with key reporters and editors
• Lead outreach and maintain influencer / creator relationships to ensure smooth collaborations with clients
• Use your knowledge of the media landscape to develop creative, interesting opportunities to promote clients and generate earned media coverage
• Write and edit persuasive external and internal documents such as press releases, op-eds, fact sheets, talking points, editorial board memos and communications plans
• Draft and develop content that can be leveraged for both earned media and owned-channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram and other online platforms
• Assist with the planning and execution of influencer-facing events such as property tours, curated dinners, and launch events
• Participate in business development opportunities
• Manage internal client teams and mentor junior staff

Compensation philosophy : BerlinRosen offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.

Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills) : $80,000-$95,000
