Qualifications : Licensed in MO; Clean, Active DEA (need to be able to change address) BC.

Start Date : ASAP (45+ day cred with clean file)

Minimum Length Accepted : 3 mths ongoing

Schedule : M-F 8a-4 : 30p (8hours per day), clinic 5 days a week

Will need to see consults in hospital as needed

Beds in Department : 3-5

1 / 3 Hospital Call

Phone consults : 2-4

Admission : 1

Charting / Dictation : Athena

Additional Information : Average 15 or so consults a month in hospital to see, but will have time during clinic hours to see patients

Prefer 1 provider for continuity of care

Provider will need to be comfortable supervising AP providers
