Mechanic and Machine Shop Operator

Hart’s Diesel, a family-owned and growing business in Fayette, Missouri, is looking to hire motivated individuals for multiple full-time positions in our machine shop. We are seeking people who have experience or those willing to learn through our in-person training program. Turbo & Injection Technician

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (some overtime offered).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Assemble turbos or injectors
• Tear down, clean, and reassemble turbos or injectors
• Read and follow work orders
• Package and ship products
• Unpack and check in products
• Perform some heavy lifting

No prior turbo or injector experience is required. Training is provided.

CNC Operator

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (some overtime offered).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Prior CNC experience is preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates.
