Facility Type : Five Star Skilled Nursing, Memory Care & Assisted Living
Capacity : 126 Beds (Currently at full capacity with a waiting list)
Employment Type : Full-Time
Relocation Assistance : Available for currently licensed Texas Nurses
💼 About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our clinical operations at a FIVE star 126-bed facility in Dallas, Texas. This community includes skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living residents, and we’re looking for a leader who can champion quality care, regulatory excellence, and team development.
🔑 Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing services across skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living units
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of accountability and compassion
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic resident care
- Prepare for and lead successful regulatory surveys and audits
- Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and staff
