Your Role as Maintenance Technician :

The Maintenance Technician is the hero behind the scenes, ensuring properties are safe, functional, and looking great all well keeping residents happy. From quick fixes to major repairs, no two days are ever the same, making this a job full of variety, problem-solving, and hands-on work!

Your Day-to-Day Will Include :

Hours : Monday Friday, 8 : 30 am 4 : 30 pm. Available after-hours / evening as needed for rotating on-call schedule (on call bonus given)

Pay : $21 - $24+ an hour (depending on experience) On-call bonus and a chance for overtime with the on-call schedule

Location : In our Burlington office with travel between properties for jobs
