As an Analyst on the Concept to Consumer (CtC) Operations team at Levi Strauss & Co., you will play a pivotal role in transforming our global go-to-market (GTM) processes. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and continuously improving the CtC calendara critical tool used by over 5,000 employees across varying levels of the organization. This calendar must support multiple audiences, from senior leadership to individual teams, and ensure alignment across global and regional functions.

Reporting to the Director, Concept to Consumer Operations, you will lead the development of a comprehensive operational measurement and reporting strategy. This includes defining key metrics, overcoming data access challenges, and partnering with technology teams to build scalable reporting solutions. Your insights will drive accountability, inform decision-making, and support continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

About the Job

  • Calendar Management & Optimization
  • Own and evolve the global CtC calendar to support cross-functional alignment and execution.
  • Ensure the calendar reflects key milestones and is tailored to multiple levels of granularity.
  • Establish and maintain governance processes to keep the calendar accurate and up to date.
  • Provide Operational Reporting & Metrics
  • Define and align on standardized operational metrics across teams.
  • Partner with technology to access and integrate data from disparate systems.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Summarize insights and recommend process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global and regional teams to ensure adoption of new ways of working.
  • Support the development of workshop materials and change management initiatives.
  • Drive accountability through transparent reporting and communication.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (2+ additional years in lieu of degree).
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, business analytics, or strategy.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, SQL, Airtable, Smartsheet, or Databricks.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience aggregating data in Excel.
  • Experience developing and managing go-to-market calendars or similar cross-functional planning tools.
  • This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

    The expected starting salary range for this role is $68,900 - $91,900 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
