Connecticut Licensed EAP Counselor

A company is looking for a Per Diem EAP Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and brief counseling for employees and family members

Develop referral resources and conduct follow-ups for treatment compliance

Conduct training sessions and provide consultation services to managers on handling troubled employees

Required Qualifications

Clinical Master's Degree with 2 years of clinical experience

Two years of specific EAP experience preferred

Experience in conducting employee workshops and management training preferred

CEAP eligibility or certification preferred within one year

Critical Incident Stress Management Training preferred or eligibility within one year
