Role Overview :

Position : Test Engineer

Focus : PCBA functional test systems (supporting transfer from one site to another)

Tools : NI TestStand, LabVIEW (must-have), C-language variations (plus)

Type : Project-based contract (no full-time conversion expected)

Must-Have Skills : NI TestStand

LabVIEW

Test fixture design (schematics, statements of work, wiring)

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required

3+ years’ experience developing / supporting PCBA functional test systems

Technical Challenges & Expectations :

Some fixtures will require complete redesign from scratch

Engineer will handle both fixture development and software testing tools

Work is primarily focused on the test system migration project (limited exposure to new product introduction)

Travel & Onsite Requirements :

International travel ~25% (China, Malaysia)

Typical duration : 2–3 weeks per trip

No remote or hybrid option – must be 5 days onsite

Preferences :

Industry : Medical devices preferred, but semiconductor / other backgrounds considered if PCBA test experience is strong

Relocation : Candidates willing to relocate at own expense will be considered
