Floors, Projects, and Rapid Response Technician
Utilizing excellent customer service and high attention to detail, the Floors, Projects, and Rapid Response Technician performs a variety of project-related and emergency response duties. Responsibilities include comprehensive floor care, such as stripping, waxing, spraying, scrubbing, and cleaning / shampooing hard floor and carpeted surfaces in areas including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and hallways. This role also encompasses special events and biohazard cleanup, responding to calls, work orders, and preventative maintenance schedules.
This position is scheduled for Sunday-Thursday from 6 : 00 p.m. to 2 : 00 a.m.
