Assistant General Manager
An Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations. Responsibilities often include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing inventory and ordering, assisting with financial management, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and sometimes handling administrative tasks. Essential duties and responsibilities include :
- Responsible for store ordering (food, beverage, supplies, etc.)
- Weekly store scheduling
- Conduct consistent communication with the staff on company updates, large orders, store concerns, etc.
- Inventory
- Delegate duties to others effectively and respectfully
- Oversee product rotation and organization
- Adjusting Toast, waste, time clocks, etc.
- Work with the GM to communicate any instances of coaching to constantly evaluate and give feedback to staff
- Assure completion of per shift Pep Rallies / pre-shift information
- Performs all other duties as assigned in accordance with the General Manager
- Provides supervision to others through motivation, direction, review, and feedback of assigned tasks
- Maintains LNS standards and codes of conduct
- Schedules orders and completes inventory when assigned
- Provides timely reporting of location financials to upper management, if necessary
- Oversees customer service / bar, and pizza personnel

High school diploma or GED certificate, college degree preferred but not requiredPrior management experience preferredValid Driver's LicenseAbility to drive company vehicles is contingent upon MVR review by the company insuranceFood preparation experience preferredWorking knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
