Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting located in Slayton, MN. This contract position is for the entire school year (NSY) and primarily focuses on middle and high school students, with some involvement at the elementary level. This role is ideal for experienced clinicians holding Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC), though consideration will be given to candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services for students across middle and high school grades, with occasional support for elementary students.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech, language, fluency, voice, and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress and adjust treatment accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
• Participate in relevant meetings, IEP development, and multidisciplinary team activities.
