Job Description
We’ve had an explosive 2025 with our growth rate accelerating into 2026. Growth efforts are currently being managed by the CEO, and we have the ambition, traction, and opportunity that calls for this hire.
As Head of Community Partnerships , you will drive sustainable, scalable, and efficient growth of our impact by building our Community Engagement and B2B2C partnerships channels from the ground up. This is an opportunity to own and scale a robust growth engine at a high-impact, high-performance company.
You will design and execute Givers’ playbook for in-market growth, establishing deep trust in communities, creating high-performing partnerships, and ensuring every investment converts into meaningful, measurable growth outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of Givers’ B2B2C building high-trust partnerships across healthcare, community, advocacy, and retail ecosystems to drive high-quality referrals and long-term mutual value
- Build a replicable partner playbook with frameworks for outreach, value propositions, co-marketing, and referral tracking
- Coordinate and leverage in-market teams to expand presence at community events and build trusted local networks
- Build trusted local networks through events, advocacy partnerships, and regional collaborations
- Experiment with new partner channels with documented hypotheses, test plans, and postmortems
- Maintain brand consistency and message integrity across all public-facing creative and campaigns
- Partner with analytics to define source-level ROI, attribution logic, and data cleanliness standards and drive decisions based on data
- Manage a hybrid team of internal staff and external agencies / contractors with clarity and performance rigor to scale execution
Requirements
5+ years of experience in community-based partnerships and growth ideally reaching the Medicaid population, or focused on public benefits or healthcare accessDemonstrated history of growing at least one company from 8 to 9-figure revenueProven success building partnerships or community-based growth strategies from zero to scaleDeep understanding of performance metrics, ROI modeling, and funnel optimizationExceptional communication and relationship-building skills–trusted in both boardrooms and community centersComfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where ownership and iteration are the normBased in NYC (in-office 4 days per week) and willing to travel up to 20%Your Success Metrics
