Accela Springfield is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home care environments. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

Duties
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.Provide basic medical care including catheter care and medication administration under supervision.Support patients with mobility needs using equipment such as Hoyer lifts.Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques.Document patient information accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient needs and progress.Assist in the implementation of care plans for patients with various conditions including Alzheimer's care, dementia care, critical care, and hospice care.Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance caregiving skills.Experience
Candidates should possess experience or familiarity in one or more of the following areas :
