The project kicks off a multi-year pipeline of mid-high-rise condo and hospitality developments in the Myrtle Beach area, with a clear path to Division leadership as the company expands in the region.

Compensation

$170,000.00 / yr - $180,000.00 / yr base pay, plus relocation, temporary housing, bonus, and benefits. The stated pay range is provided by FLCC; actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

The right candidate will have significant high-rise or hospitality project experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to relocate permanently to Myrtle Beach. Ideal fit is a grounded, relationship-focused professional who values collaboration and accountability over corporate formality. This role involves overseeing a $100+ million condo project and contributing to ongoing mid-high-rise condo and hospitality developments in the Great Myrtle Beach area.
