Nurse Lead - Patient Care Coordinator

Nursing Leadership Opportunity As a registered nurse lead, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of nursing personnel in patient care units. Your leadership skills will be utilized to provide direction to clinical staff, implement work plans for assigned units, and coordinate activities with other patient care units and related departments. Main Responsibilities :

• Provide effective leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting respect for the dignity and rights of every patient.
• Organize and oversee patient care delivery during assigned shifts, ensuring proper staffing and smooth operations of patient care units.
• Coach and counsel individual team members, monitoring and providing feedback on performance and addressing training needs.
• Document daily staffing, operational, and administrative records, maintaining compliance with governmental policies and procedures. Requirements :
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• 5-7 years of clinical experience preferred
• 2 years of leadership / management experience preferred
• RN licensure in the state of employment required
• BLS required
