We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Research Associate to lead critical research initiatives and drive scientific innovation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in research methodologies, data analysis, and project management to contribute to breakthrough discoveries and advance our research objectives.

What You'll Do :

🔬 Perform immunology phenotypic and functional assays

🧫 Assist with in vivo experiments and downstream assays

📝 Write and follow SOP

👥 Prepare presentations and present experiments to various groups within the company.

🎯 Manage multiple research projects and ensure timely deliverables

What We're Looking For :

✅ Masters or equivalent expertise in Cell Biology, immunology, Tumor Immunology, or similar.

✅ 5 years of research experience in a biology laboratory setting (Industry experience is a plus)

✅ Hands-on experience with chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) and other cell therapies modalities.

✅ Experience with pre-clinical models of solid tumors and downstream tissue processing and analysis (flow cytometry of murine samples and IHC).
