Partners lead a practice / vertical / client account and are responsible for sales, consulting delivery, growth and people development. They develop and manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, capture and convert premium consulting opportunities into sustainable engagements for Wipro, improve maturity of consulting services and deliver impact on Wipro's business. The Partner must achieve personal billability at high fee rates.

Responsibilities

• Consulting Execution – Achieves utilisation target, ambassador for Wipro values, focuses on quality, builds client relationships, manages teams, collaborates on bespoke propositions, stimulates demand, applies industry best practices.
• Business Development – Ensures high utilisation, directs larger sales activities, facilitates pull through revenue, manages practice sales pipeline, delivers against business plan, negotiates commercials, builds opportunity pipeline, maps senior stakeholder relationships.
• Thought Leadership – Recognised industry thought leader, develops industry insights, ensures case studies, presents at external forums, demonstrates impact.
• Practice Contribution – Delivers Wipro admin, drives system for internal initiatives, evangelises innovation and IP creation, leverages IP, contributes tools and assets, builds partnerships, manages team targets.

Compensation

Expected compensation ranges from $190,000.00 to $265,000.00. Final compensation will depend on location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and experience. Eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including medical, dental, disability, paid time off, and additional leave options.
